When I hear I was getting somewhere that I could vent my views, thoughts and inspiration to the world I was ecstatic (mainly because no one here listens anymore!). As the ‘young’ face of Hello, or Hello Scotland’s Ambassador if you want to be formal, I’m going to be sharing with you my own personal views on a whole range of topic relating to my favourite passions – of which the list is pretty exhaustive, but I’ll try not to go off piste to much by keeping it related to Scotland and incentives. Like I say, I’ll try – no promises!

What’s it all about? Incentives that is, not the blog! And that’s what I’m here to tell you – all about the incentive world, what’s happening where, when and why! Pretty easy for me because I’ve been in the MICE industry for years (but I’m not old! Promise!).
As Project Director, the team, and often clients, look to me for direction and advice in changing industry, so I’ve decided to share my advice with you too. Posts from me will look at incentives and corporate travel from a variety of angles, including incentivising your staff, choosing locations, industry trends and useful advice.

It might be slightly ironic that I’m penning the ‘Scotland’ themed blogs, considering that i’m not actually a native Scot. However having lived here for over 9 years I think I’m pretty qualified to comment!
As Marketing Manager for Hello Scotland I always need to have my ear to ground to discover whats going on in our ‘natural environment’, especially anything that affects the MICE industry. The types of posts you’ll expect to see from me include venue news & reviews, Scottish travel news, the odd bit of marketing advice (because I can’t resist) and some of our best case studies as they happen.

As Hello’s Green Champion I’m here to tell you about how you too can become a greener more responsible individual and organisation – it’s easier than you think! With a business hat on I’ll address exactly what you can do that will add value and benefit to your organisation (especially in the eye of your customer). Adding my Project Manager hat to the blog, my advice will always have an incentive and events focus, so you can relate it directly to your business.
