New Glasgow Hotels – Opening 2010

At last count I think there were plans for nearly 15 new hotels in Glasgow – a staggering figure for a city of its size, no doubt fuelled by the upcoming 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Winton House Hosts Spring Picnic

Winton House was the picturesque setting for one of Claire’s recent client incentive groups.

Luckily enough it was a beautiful spring day which meant the group was able to enjoy a relaxed BBQ & picnic in the grounds of the House, followed by a classic car rally to finish off a lovely afternoon.

Dealing with Incentive Travel during a Disaster

Everyone knows someone who’s been stuck somewhere because of the volcanic ash clouds, and lets be honest, if you’re in the middle of a corporate event or incentive trip, this really could be your worst nightmare.

There’s been a lot of chat in our office this week on what are the important things to do when in the midst of a ‘incentive’ crisis, especially as we’re all dealing with the effects that no air travel has had on business and on our personal lives.

So, we thought we’d share a few of the things we’ve found important in dealing with a travel crisis during, or in the planning stages of a corporate incentive or event.
